Managed Accounts

The Beulah Managed Account Service allows you to establish a Managed Account which can consist of one or more of the Investment Option(s) (or Portfolios). The service enables you to delegate the day-to-day investment decisions of your Managed Account to Beulah, view the investments and transactions including any investment changes in your Portfolio, and retain beneficial ownership of those investments.

You may choose from the following Investment Options:

• Beulah Australian Equities Portfolio

• Beulah Accelerated Growth Portfolio

• Beulah Growth Plus Portfolio

• Beulah Growth Portfolio

• Beulah Balanced Portfolio

• Beulah Conservative Portfolio

• Beulah Income Portfolio

When you open a Managed Account a Cash Portfolio will automatically be established for you.

Beulah develops a model portfolio for each Investment Option. Your Portfolio is based on the model portfolio of the Investment Option you select.

Your Portfolio is managed in accordance with the investment recommendations of the Investment Manager, Beulah, within a Managed Account. Using the investment objectives and investment approach outlined in the Offer Document, Beulah determines the specific investments to be made for your Portfolio, the target weighting of those investments, changes to those investments and responses to corporate actions arising from the investments.

Investment Administration Services Pty Limited (IAS), an investment administration specialist, is the Managed Discretionary Account (MDA) Operator and administrator of the Beulah Managed Account Service.

The minimum initial investment is $250,000.00
